Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Secure Sensor Systems (S3) team as a Senior Analyst supporting the F-15 Product Line. This team member will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for all F-15 Production programs. This position requires significant partnership with Program Management, Functional Leads, the F-15 FP&A team and the entire Program Controls team to ensure complete and accurate forecasting. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing weekly/monthly variance analysis to forecast, identifying risk/opportunities and early warning of issues, and consolidating financial data for various reviews (weekly cash and bookings calls, bi-weekly Short Range Outlook (SRO), monthly forecast reviews and various levels of internal leadership meetings). In addition, the selected candidate will assist in the Annual Operating Plan and 5 Year Planning activities and engage with the Finance Manager to update the forecast system (RPLAN), monthly balance sheet and ad hoc support in the consolidation and reporting of the financial metrics for the F-15 Production line. The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 4 years of finance related experience
* Financial Planning & Analysis experience
* Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data
* Great organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication
Desired Skills:
* Experience with SAP Enterprise Planning / Reporting
* Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes
* Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines
Required Education (including Major):
* BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related business field
