What youll achieve
As a Business Operations Strategist, you will handle a broad and diverse range of responsibilities and assignments to support the Chief Security Officers (CSO) leadership team and to advance various dimensions of the SRO strategy. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Business Operations, you will be responsible for managing and driving teams to navigate complex problem solving, bring actionable solutions and recommendations forward, ensure smooth cross-department collaboration, and will also lead special projects.
You will:
* Lead engagement with security-focused external organizations in support of Dell earning customer trust and ensure activities are aligned with our priorities
* Work with the Director and VP to ensure the smooth functioning of the CSOs staff, serve as liaison between the Director and VP and key staff to ensure clear lines of communication, sharing of resources and information, and leading joint projects and initiatives as needed
* Lead key strategy projects and orchestrate workstreams across the SRO; own overall efforts (i.e. full accountability of projects), including project plans, recommendations, impact, and adoption/engagement across teams; these will be central projects as part of the leadership priorities and could include support to improve the functioning of the CSOs office, improving the effectiveness of the organization, or helping with program strategy, evaluation, and execution
* Support the creation of the SRO Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures program office and manage NDA projects as assigned

Essential Requirements
* 12+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
* Prior experience in Security, Cybersecurity and/or IT
* Experience working with trade associations and industry groups
* Experience directly supporting or briefing C-Suite executives and their staff
* Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills including executive level presentations and briefings
* Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to the evolving priorities of the CSOs office
Desired Requirements
* Bachelors degree
* Experience with mergers & acquisitions or divestitures
