PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Contracting Technology team is part of SAPs Process Office and the Content X Digitalization group. The Contracting Technology team takes responsibility for managing SAPs internal contracting solutions, primarily consisting of CMS and DocuSign. These responsibilities extend across board areas and market units globally. We empower the business with digital solutions to enable sales and contract facing colleagues to transact in a compliant, efficient, and transparent environment.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

* Monitor and process support queries related to our E-signature or Contract Management Solution
* Assist with standardization projects to provide long lasting value to the team and organization
* Gain valuable insight into the daily work of a globally operating team in the area of contract management
* Opportunity to support our team in various other topics such as process and tool standardization, automation and simplification

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

* Recent University Graduate or equivalent experience
* Computer skills: Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Soft skills: organized, proactive mindset, ability to learn quickly, team player
* Others: Process orientated and analytical thinking
