Job Description
The Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (DSNP) Program Manager reports to the Chief Medicare Officer for the Heartland Territory, and is responsible for all aspects of the DSNPs in the assigned markets by working collaboratively with the local market, enterprise functions and the National DSNP Program Office. This includes oversight, management, and coordination of all operational elements.
This position can be located in any state.
Required Qualifications
10+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience. 3-5 years experience with Dual Special Needs Plan and/or a Medicaid managed care program that includes duals and DSNPs. Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes. Proven record of accomplishment managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings and working in a complex matrixed organization. Experience working with external healthcare providers or health systems Experience managing large budgets. Project management experience. Supervisory experience. Demonstrated negotiation skills.
