* Regional Vice Presidents are the driving force behind the success of up to 20 branch managers in their region. As members of the Coldwell Banker/NRT leadership team, they are responsible for all aspects of sales, profits, employee and agent relations within their territory.
* As a Regional Vice President, you are challenged to increase profits and drive growth within your territory by coaching and developing effective Branch Managers while supervising their sales and management activities.
* Regional Vice Presidents are team builders, who identify and recruit outstanding, highly qualified candidates for future management positions through effective talent acquisition and succession.
* The bottom line: Regional Vice Presidents are accountable for overall net agent growth and increased profitability while focusing on all real estate activities within their territory.

RVP Attributes:

* Team builder and leader: Builds for future growth by recruiting and developing highly qualified candidates for branch management leadership. Coaches and develops management team leveraging consistent performance coaching program to peak performance measured by established profitability and net agent growth targets.
* Talent scout: Identifies, recruits, acquires, develops and retains highly productive branch managers.
* Talent manager: Ensures branch managers are set up for success in their local market. Effectively holds managers accountable for achieving quarterly and annual performance objectives.
* Growth focused: Achieves regional organic growth by coaching and developing branch manager teams. Enables their success by encouraging use of all available tools, including prospecting, technology and business development programs.
* Strategic thinker: Develops and implements business plan to meet or exceed annual regional growth targets; accountable for implementing and proper use of all marketing, listing and recruiting campaigns.
* Broad vision: Embraces Coldwell Bankers value proposition and full-service offerings to prospective agents. Drives penetration of preferred services, including mortgage, title, home warranty, insurance and relocation to support regions annual targets. Motivates sales associates to appreciate, support and effectively promote those values and services.
* Forward looking; team player: Assists in developing and executing company strategy, including technology and strategic marketing activities. Shares management accountability for developing and implementing sales and operational strategies and tactics.
* Industry acumen: Ensures compliance with company policy and procedures, industry regulation and with state and federal law, including RESPA and Fair Housing standards.

Your Qualifications:

* Recognized real estate leader, with 8+ years progressive sales and management experience; proven track record of sales excellence with demonstrated leadership credibility. Previous brokerage management and/or real estate ownership experience preferred.
* Manager and motivator, with proven ability to effectively manage all levels of the organization; train, motivate and lead branch managers and sales associates and employees in accordance with company standards.
* Problem solver, with excellent project management skills who can analyze unique situations, and creatively solve problems.
* Results driven, with strong business and financial acumen and demonstrated profit and loss responsibility.
* Outstanding communicator, with exceptional people-to-people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills impeccable grammar, both written and verbal.
* Technologically proficient, with familiarity of various operating systems and programs on PCs and Macs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe programs; demonstrate the ability to navigate and learn new programs and platforms, including social media.
