Job Summary:
The Social Media & Content Marketing Manager will be part of an exciting team and will report to the Senior Director of Cross Brand Marketing. This role will be responsible for all day-to-day social media efforts on behalf of all Franchise Sales team, drive the creation of evergreen and of-the-moment digital content for Realogy and its brands, as well as execute ongoing email marketing campaigns across the sales organization.

This position is 100% remote, however, the ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern Time Zone.

The Ideal Candidate will:

* Develop a robust digital content strategy, working with stakeholders across multiple brands and business units on subject and timing
* Day-to-day content selection and implementation across all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
* Engage with the potential prospect audience across social platforms by responding to comments, answering messages, and interacting with other brands and accounts.
* Amplify existing marketing content of each brand, media placements, and brand campaigns across all social platforms by creating original and engaging posts to support and re-promote.
* Produce using Keynote and/or PowerPoint as well as Adobe suite tools and present educational materials to which all franchise sales team members should subscribe.
* Create a social media schedule that synergizes with the brands existing editorial content calendar themes.
* Author multi-media content within the Realogy voice while partnering with key internal resources as expert sources for content.
* Work actively with each brands design team or agency partners to create and assist in the creation of engaging content tailor-made for multiple platforms and verticals.
* Distribute email-based promotional materials in support of key events and the larger content calendar, including hand-on design and layout execution.
* Track social media, email and website performance using multiple analytics tools,and research ways to further grow and maintain the organizations social media presence and overall reach.

The Perfect Fit.
Experience is the most important requirement. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed for this role.

* Educational background in, Marketing, Communications English, Business; or demonstrated track record of successful work experience.
* More than 3 years of experience brand social media management
* More than 3 years of experience in digital content marketing
* More than 1 year of experience in email marketing
* Customer service experience preferred
* Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Creative copyediting skills with the ability to adhere and adapt to a brand voice

* Proficiencies in social scheduling and listening tools like Hootsuite and Later
* Proficiencies in Microsoft Office suite
* Proficiency in Keynote
* Experience with photo/video editing software
* Basic comfort in working with HTML as needed
* Ability to accommodate a flexible working schedule, including travel and weekends
* Comfortable with public speaking

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
