Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the West Region Customer Service Center, including staff required to provide on-going product service, support and repair of equipment. Establishes, implements and maintains administrative and technical procedures to provide responsive after the sale service to internal and external customers.
This mid-level management position applies advanced technical and managerial knowledge to oversee the implementation of activities geared toward maintaining an uninterrupted supply of gases for customer consumption.
Duties:
Accountable for implementing defined organizational priorities, plans, and objectives
Oversees aspects of the organizations safety, quality, financial, personnel and work process controls
Accountable to work with management and sales forces to address elevated/complex customer service issues
Sets priorities for team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities between staff and engineering
Accountable for implementing all aspects of customer supply systems, including installations, maintenance, removals and equipment rehab
Oversees and coordinates site surveys for advanced systems
This position will report to the West Region Operations Director, to the Customer Service Center Manager and will be the Maintenance Superintendent, Installation Superintendent, Customer Care Associate and Material Coordinator.



Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferred, or more than 10 years related industry experience
7+ years Operations experience
3+ years Management experience
3+ years Commercial experience preferred
25% - 50% total travel
