Role

As part of the Global Spares Operations Management Team, you are responsible for designing and executing programs and projects in support of Spares Operations strategic objectives. Primary responsibility is the day to day management of the Spares Product Life Cycle (PLC) End of Life (EOL) transition to transfer Spares Support from Lam to a Licensed 3rd Party Supplier or to transition Spares Product to Obsolete without support. Secondary responsibility is to provide additional support to necessary Spares Operations Programs and activities in order to meet customer need and expectation.

Job Responsibilities

* Defining and maintaining key performance indictors to effectively manage the performance of Programs and Projects
* Managing operational processes and procedures to ensure deliverables are completed with highest quality and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities for process/program improvement on quality, cost, scalability, or speed to solutions
* Developing and implementing a plan of continuous improvement projects aligned with Global Spares Operations roadmap
* Partnering with Customer Support Business Group (CSBG), Spares Planning, and Supply Chain to execute tasks defined in the End-of-Life (EOL) product transition process
* Developing and maintaining an internal procedure to manage the sub-tier EOL product transition process in Spares Ops
* High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision
* Ability to work in a Cross-Functional team environment within a matrix organization with internal customers.

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (Business or Technical Engineering background is a plus)
* 4+ yrs. experience in program/project management
* Semiconductor Industry or service parts business experience is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with SAP preferred
* Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma principles and Project Management methodologies and processes
* Proven understanding of statistics and strong analytic skills
* Excellent communication and presentations skills; written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of the organization, from customer to VP
