Summary

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements NISPOM and other federal security requirements where required. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes, investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma OR GED and a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience OR a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated FSO experience
* Current Active Top Secret security clearance required
* Completed DCSA FSO Program Management curriculum
* Experience with NISPOM requirements
* Experience with Physical Security, to include access control amp; UL2050 requirements
* Experience with PerSec, to include the DoD Security Clearance process
* Experience with Information Security, to include classification management and marking requirements
* Experience with CI, to include Insider Threat training
* Experience with Internation Security, to include Technology Control Plans
* Experience with Export Control/ITAR/EAR requirements

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

* DCSA FSO Program Management curriculum completed
* Experience writing SOPs, Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and PPPs
* Experience with DCSA SVAs and CSAs
* Experience running Special Programs Security
* Experience with RMF and NIST requirements
