Job Description

Description

At Jacobs, we don't settle - we challenge today and reinvent tomorrow by developing technology-enabled solutions that meet our clients' needs. We apply our expertise and knowledge as we look to the future with great optimism and focus. We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference.

As a Client Account Partner (CAP), you will work with our sales leaders and client service team to develop and implement growth strategies and tactical action plans through market and industry research, communication, organization, planning, and leadership on both an account and opportunity level. In partnership with our sales and project delivery teams, your focus is to position Jacobs as the consultant-of-choice for key clients across Colorado with particular focus on Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), City and County of Denver, and Federal Highway Administration - Central Federal Lands Highway Division.

As a CAP, we'll ask you to facilitate go/no-go and bid/no-bid discussions by looking at the 360degree view of an opportunity to identify risks and challenges. You'll then collaborate with sales leaders and technical staff to weigh our success, sometimes acting as the challenger or healthy skeptic to ensure the team has evaluated all concerns.

We'll rely on you to lead storyboarding sessions and work with the pursuit team to refine and integrate sales strategies into proposals. You'll lead proposal development for some of the top pursuits in your account, and you'll provide oversight and direction for other proposals, all with support from a team of proposal managers, coordinators, and graphic designers.

As an expert in presentations, you'll develop and refine the content for client interviews and leave-behind materials. This includes collaborating with sales and technical staff, working with graphic designers to develop exhibits, organizing working sessions and rehearsals, coaching speakers, and practicing questions/answers and key messages.

Bring your energy and desire to take your career to the next level. We at Jacobs will help you achieve great success in this leadership role.
