The rotation tracks consist of three 12 month rotations, two based at the Lisle, IL headquarters and one plant assignment that may require relocation. The 12-month rotations are designed to provide exposure to the full planning cycle and experience the changing needs of the business over the course of a year. The program also provides executive and peer mentorship throughout the rotations.
