Job Description
Overview
This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate.
Bachelor?s degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires excellent customer service skills.
Requires demonstrated ability to use analytical capabilities and business knowledge to understand complexities of industry and impact to business processes and methods.
Requires strong organizational skills necessary to work on multiple complex projects/problems at one time.
Requires ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Requires ability to work independently and is motivated to produce high quality outcomes.
Requires knowledge in business applications specifically 1 year as an Individual Solutions Coordinator.
