Job Description

Intelligrated (IGS) GBE of Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) produces software for Warehouse Management and Execution and is looking for an Agile-knowledgeable ProjectManager (PM) to ensure that our software projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. As an IGS PM, you will be the go-to person that coordinates cross-functional resources and teams, manages labor budgets, manages risks, facilitates solving dependencies to deliver projects on time within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Coordinate with stakeholders, Offering Management, multiple Engineering scrum teams, and Business Leaders to successfully execute per a quarterly plan

Ensure results are consistently maintained in the tools of choice, Accolade, JIRA, and Confluence

Proactive risk/opportunity analysis and mitigation with cross-functional teams to achieve release plans

Develop and closely track project schedules

Manage to appropriate metrics, systems, tools and techniques and provide project performance results required by leadership

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Report and escalate to management as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline

8-10 years of project management experience

Experience with managing full-cycle development of software projects utilizing Agile as a project manager

Organization skills and ability to multi-task

Strong presentation and communication skills with proven ability to influence

Process knowledge, SPS NPI and SPS Z21

Tools knowledge, Accolade, JIRA, and Confluence

WE VALUE

Knowledge of fundamental program management principles

Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment

Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAFe Agilist certification highly desired
