Under broad direction, incumbent is responsible for safe and cost effective operation of cable and service divisions of the submersible pump business including tracking of associated assets, pre and post job. Ensures shop and/or field service team have tools and resources to meet commitments and maintain job schedule committed to by internal customer service. Interfaces with internal customers regarding planned activity and external customers to answer technical questions regarding current operations. Trains artificial lift operators, supervisors, and other field operations personnel, monitors and tracks KPIs and prepares weekly productivity reports. Manages flow of paperwork to ensure efficiency and timeliness to meet customer needs and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Carries out safety audits and leads safety classes and meetings. Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction for long-term growth and profitability of incumbents area of responsibility and motivates the team. Leads employee behavior and role based competency by mentoring and developing to achieve excellence in Product Service Line (PSL) Service Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment performance. Requires high school diploma and 4 years of experience to properly perform the essential functions of the job.
