We are seeking a very experienced individual to work at the intersection of strategy, program management, technology implementation and process innovation and is adept at driving high performing process, innovation and product teams. Your work will spread far and wide, both across Recruiting and across a vast number of cross functional partners. Ultimately, impacting the way that we find, hire and achieve Facebooks ambitions. Focused on our most critical and complex areas, you will persuade and influence, create and innovate, and drive your teams to solve problems and find solutions where there is no predefined way of doing things. The Director, Transformation and Delivery will lead three key teams; Process and Programs, Product Marketing and Talent Vendor tools. With your leadership, we will bring together the programmatic delivery of our strategic programs while ensuring that we are capitalizing on the right technology solutions to drive innovative solutions that drive for the greatest impact. You must be able to work quickly, thrive in a highly ambiguous environment and have phenomenal interpersonal skills. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Director, Transformation and Delivery, Recruiting Responsibilities
* Lead implementation of complex programs bringing focus to structured program management
* Align programs to strategic focus areas while ensuring continual improvement to increase efficiency, consistency and delivery
* Act as they point of escalation across teams including prioritizing, resourcing, managing expectations to ensure roadmaps are delivered against and driven to execution
* Remove major obstacles and resolve escalations of key issues and drive for effective decision making
* Collaborate and influence key cross functional stakeholders to ensure goals are met and develop programs to drive intended results
* Analytically driven to create clear measurement frameworks to show the impact of team contributions
* Establish and maintain standards and frameworks to drive cross functional alignment and clarity on ways of working
* Leadership over the Transformation and Delivery teams, including hiring and people development
Minimum Qualifications
* 12+ years experience leading Project Management, Process Improvement strategy, Product team and development execution
* 8+ years of people management experience, willing to be a coach and inspire team members
* Experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
* Demonstrated scaling of expertise and best practices
* Leadership and interpersonal experience including building relationships with cross-functional teams
* Experience collaborating with and influence cross-functional teams to set objectives and produce results
* Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign to enable scalability and velocity
* Analytical, problem-solving and proven experience in setting up clear measurable goals
* Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels
* Substantial problem solving skills with strategic focus on process mapping, task management and execution
* Experience in understanding user needs through techniques such as design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean practices
Preferred Qualifications
* B.A. or B.S. degree in business, HR, finance, change management, learning, org design, operations, or equivalent experience
* Experience working in a growth company
* Experience is designing and leading Organizational Development and Talent Management programs
