The Health Partnerships team at Facebook helps people and organizations come together to improve health and wellbeing for people of all communities. Were looking for a Health Partnerships Marketing Manager with experience whos passionate about impacting the worlds physical and mental health through Facebooks family of apps and programs. The role entails driving marketing strategy and world-class execution to reach and empower health partners, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, establishing processes for scaling, and enabling partner managers with insightful, useful creative. Current Health product initiatives include authoritative content on the COVID-19 Information Center, Blood Donations, Mental Health, Health Integrity, and more. This role will be on our Community & Impact Partnerships Marketing team, serving as a strategic partner to the Health Partnerships team. You will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution for partner programs, company public health campaigns, as well as for the marketing collateral needed to enable partner managers. This role will work cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of health partner needs, define the marketing strategy to help address their needs, and execute on plans to help the company build strong relationships with this important audience. Health Partnerships Marketing Manager Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of Health partners (global organizations and thought leaders)
* Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies and connective messaging for Health Partner Marketing
* Develop Health Partnerships narrative and messaging strategies to ensure a cohesive global presence with regional relevancy
* Develop marketing for key programs that help engage and build relationships with Health partners
* Develop asset and virtual event marketing that enables the Health Partnerships team to do their work
* Develop the strategy for marketing to Health partner target audiences and current Facebook partners who are not currently leveraging Health products and programs today but may benefit from participating in the future
* Drive full execution of all Health Partnership marketing plans including partner product GTM strategies, partner public health campaigns, events, video production, case study development, measurement, copy and design production
* Work side by side with the Health Partnerships team to understand their needs as a stakeholder and strategic thought partner
* Align various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to marketing strategies and plans
* Partner with colleagues on the Health product marketing teams as well as other cross-functional teams to align proactive narratives, branding and marketing programs around the broader Facebook mission and brand
* Tackle complex and ambiguous problems with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
* Create recommendations and action plans for solving problems
Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS degree
* 10+ years experience in marketing and communicating to consumers and partners at scale
* Experience problem solving
* Experience with health and/or NGO products or audiences
* Experience developing content marketing for health or non-profit partners (organizations and their audiences)
* Project management and cross-functional experience
* Experience with marketing and business metrics and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
* Technology, B2B and/or start-up experience
