Operating from the Jenks, Oklahoma facility are the Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch and Gear Products brands with Pullmaster and LANTEC brands operating from the Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

This position is responsible to develop, manage, and maintain the data, information, transactions, processes, systems, and reporting related to the organizations product costs, manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and revenue recognition across all locations. Responsible for carrying out complex analysis and tasks under minimal supervision while interacting with departments and functions across the entire organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating standard costs including material costs, standard hours, labor & overhead rates.
* Evaluate cost variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of product costs. Make recommendations on improving the accuracy and efficiency of product costs.
* Prepares gross margin analysis and report actual financial performance versus budgets and forecasts. Provides analysis on risks and opportunities and supports analysis on corrective actions.
* Continually evaluates financial processes to identify and implement continuous process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency, both in support of operations and with financial processes. Serve as financial lead and product cost expert.
* Serve as finance lead for new product introductions and engineering stage-gate reviews. Support development of business plans and complete required financial analysis.
* Prepare cost estimates for sales quotes as needed.
* Prepare capital investment requests and supporting financial models to evaluate project profitability, payback, and return on investment.
* Monthly duties as assigned, including but not limited to inventory valuation and posting cycle count adjustments.
* This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, at least 5 years of successful cost accounting experience in a manufacturing and Continuous Improvement environment and/or equivalent successful combination of education and experience. Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Preferred: Masters degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field, 10 or more years successful experience in a manufacturing and Continuous Improvement environment. Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar/equivalent professional certification.

* Proficiency using the Companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, communication systems, computer systems, software systems, operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and other related programs.
