DISH Wireless is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to interact with executive sponsors, change agents and other cross-functional partners to identify the scope, requirements and management necessary to drive projects through the entirety of their lifecycle. Working within the DISH Wireless Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the PM's primary responsibility will be to facilitate and drive cross-functional projects and programs, serve the needs of multiple stakeholders within a complex multi-faceted organization and oversee that strategy through to completion.

In this role, you will:

* Manage executive project expectations including the escalation, communication and C-level interaction on critical strategic projects for the company.
* Help guide the design, planning, development and implementation of strategic corporate projects, the scope of which includes program reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering and eventual deployment and implementation of the product or project.
* Supervise coordination and project deliverables between internal DISH project organizations and third party partners to deliver the project on time and on budget.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment and facilitate meetings guiding large project teams.
* Document all aspects of projects including requirements, risks, issues, project schedules and meeting agendas/notes.

The successful PM will need to supervise all aspects and assist other team members to create a cohesive mindset between all contributing DISH teams. In addition, this PM will have a team-player' mentality and exhibit the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall success of our 5G Network deployment.

The ideal PM will have:

* Bachelor's degree, plus two years of experience, or at least four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to convey urgency throughout a given project that sets the tone for all teams involved.
* Dynamic personality that can quickly establish trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to operate in uncertainty and adapt quickly to a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
* Capacity to document, vet requirements and drive quality within a project or program.

Compensation: $48,600.00/Yr. - $67,300.00/Yr.
