The Delta Air Lines Digital team is seeking a multi-faceted project manager to drive project execution, process improvement, and change management within the Digital team. This candidate will help facilitate the collaboration across multiple teams and partners. The PM must be effective in managing multiple technology projects in a very fast-paced environment and at the same time establish trusted partnerships amongst different product groups. This individual will have the right mix of technical and project management skills to successfully deliver and manage projects from ideation to completion. This strategic role leads all aspects of project planning from project scope, project planning, timeline measurement and resource allocation. Finally, the PM will be responsible with working with technical talent to ensure top quality deliverables and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance processes.
Most importantly, you will see your implemented processes will have an immediate, tangible impact every day as our technology team ships out high quality digital experiences.
Due to COVID, this position has the opportunity to be remote for now, but will need to eventually be based in Atlanta, GA full-time.
Responsibilities:
* Work with product teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements and integration points as they relate to solution implementation.
* Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help lead scope and prepare change requests.
* Facilitate team information and workflow. Participates in removing barriers to timely and cost effective project completion.
* Lead project meetings.
Strong business mindset - ability to grasp business needs, translate into technical needs; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders
* Coordinate and track project resources, staff, assets and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes.
* Partner strategically with IT, product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing, mobile personalization and analytics strategy
* Support capability intake process and business case development
* Have a natural state of inquisitiveness to understand Deltas business and how technology supports business initiatives.
* Proven ability to work in a team environment and should be detail-oriented, deadline-focused and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
* Certified Scrum Master, PMP Certification.
* Experience managing Agile development projects.
* Bachelors Degree or 5 plus years of relevant experience as a Project Manager within a fast-paced environment is required, ideally within the Digital Marketing space.
* Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
