We are seeking an enthusiastic Treasury professional to join our growing team and help scale Facebooks infrastructure to enable future growth. As an integral part of our Treasury team, you will support all aspects of our corporate cash investment strategies and operations. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in corporate fixed income investments, knowledgeable in advanced financial modeling, and passionate about applying creative and data-driven solutions to complex problems. You should also be familiar with Treasury systems and controls required to provide accurate and timely information within the bounds of regulatory and policy compliance. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep passion to learn, will also be keys to your success. You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the issues involved in managing a complex global organization and implementing solutions to these challenges.

Treasury Manager - Investments Responsibilities

* Assist in overseeing Facebooks corporate cash investment program, including the management of external investment managers, funds, custodian banks, and other vendors

* Measure portfolio investment performance and provide regular updates to management

* Perform market research, develop financial models, and recommend investment strategies while complying with our investment policy and applicable regulation

* Recommend and implement updates to investment guidelines as needed

* Develop and oversee global processes for daily inhouse investments for short-term liquidity

* Provide oversight of policy and SOX compliance for investment program

* Liaise with Reporting team on disclosures for SEC filings and management reporting

* Prepare investment income fluxes and forecasts

* Liaise with Treasury Operations and internal business partners to manage liquidity requirements

* Lead or participate in various Treasury global projects such as FX risk monitoring and Treasury management reporting

Minimum Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in Treasury with multinational companies or an equivalent background in corporate finance, investment banking, or investment management

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

* Proven analytical and quantitative modeling skills

* Fluency in macroeconomics, financial markets, financial instruments and investment theory

* Working knowledge of banking and treasury systems

* Demonstrated teamwork, cross functional collaboration, and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA and/or CFA

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously

* Knowledge in Treasury related FASB rules

* Experience with Bloomberg, Oracle, Essbase, Tableau, advanced Excel
