Estate Services is a specialized organization within the broader Schwab Operational Services Enterprise providing high-touch service to our clients and to the advisors that serve them. What you are good at

As an Estates professional, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience to clients through in bound calls in order to build and maintain client loyalty.

Specifically, you will:

* Deliver unparalleled value and remarkable service to our clients in order to build and maintain client loyalty
* Leverage emotional intelligence to meet clients and inheritors emotional needs during a challenging life event
* Practice active listening skills, and relationship building skills to uncover and assess underlying client needs
* Demonstrate a strong passion for client service, exhibiting positive energy and problem solving skills to connect with our clients through all channels
* Engage clients in a manner that inspires asset retention and consolidation at Schwab
* Assess and demonstrate ownership to resolve client issues that relate to estate distributions and other complex issues
* Identify and navigate clients to appropriate services and solutions
* Engage and assist team members in obtaining individual, team, department and business objectives

What you have

* Demonstrated passion for service and the financial markets
* Series 7 & 63 licensed preferred
* 2+ years operational experience in legal or financial services including; brokerage, banking, legal /paralegal, or research
* Able to balance inbound call environment and meet daily productivity and efficiency expectations.
* Able to empathize and respond sensitively to clients during life event conversations
* Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related area (will consider relevant work experience)
* Outstanding written and verbal communication capability
* Excellent logical reasoning, problem solving and research skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task
* Proven analytical skills with an ability to comprehend complex legal and tax issues
