Job Description
The Executive Recruiting Coordinator supports the Recruiting Team in staffing priorities, including the timely coordination of the staffing process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Responsible for posting open positions as needed according to Recruiter specifications, including internally through the HR System, WorkDay and to job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc).
* Arrange candidate phone screens according to candidate and recruiter/interviewer availability and create phone interview agendas as needed.
* Coordinate on-site candidate interviews, including the creation and distribution of interview agendas, scheduling of interview rooms, and coordination of candidate travel.
* Ensure that candidates have a seamless, positive on-site experience, and act as escort for on-site candidates as needed.
* Proctor candidate testing as needed.
* Reconcile all candidate travel and interview expenses.
* Process all candidate travel expense reimbursements.
* Process staffing related transactions in EPro.
* Conduct candidate reference checks for all final candidates.
* Prepare outgoing candidate mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Desire for a career path in the field of Human Resources Management or Recruiting
* Prior experience with WorkDay preferred
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* Associates degree (Bachelors degree preferred) in Human Resources or related area; and
* 1-3 years of experience in a support role; or
* Equivalent combination of education and experience.
