The Operations Group is an enterprise function within the Chief Operating Office. The Operations group consists of approximately 35,000 team members in the US and 28,000 team members in India and Philippines. This group is responsible for building a more unified, more integrated approach to Wells Fargos business operations functions. This includes contact center operations, client-servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions. By taking a more integrative approach to these functions, Wells Fargo will be able deliver a more consistent experience for our customers and operate more efficiently.
The Enterprise Robotics and Intelligent Automation team delivers and governs intelligent automation across Wells Fargo to increase operational quality and efficiency while reducing risk, ultimately improving WF team member and customer experience. Through enablement, ERIA mentors federated teams to multiply effectiveness across the enterprise, while leveraging geographic diversity to optimize project efficiency.
The ERIA Solution Consultant will report to the Factory Leader for the Enterprise RPA function and will be responsible for providing solution architecture guidance to new initiatives or those requiring additional assistance.
Specific accountabilities will include, but not limited to:
Lead discovery of use cases for automation opportunity viability and benefits to be realized
Liaise with ERIA LOB partners to ensure automation projects are optimized for efficient implementations
Lead the solution team as they evaluate and document business processes, procedures and risks
Assist with solution design through collaboration with ERIA LOB and RPA Platform team to create end to end business process automations
Drive ongoing automation projects to ensure automation project milestones are achieved in timely manner
Assist with ongoing automation projects to troubleshoot potential bottlenecks
Identify and mitigate existing business risks associated with solution architecture
A Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate:
Automation Experience An individual with a solid foundation in utilization and advancement of tools and processes designed and utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services industry
Influencing Skills Proven ability as an effective communicator in virtual matrixed environments. Proven ability to take complex technology problems and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design.

Financial Services Experience The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of strategic planning experience
* 5+ years of financial services experience

2+ years of experience recommending intelligent automation solutions and leading end to end RPA projects
2+ years of experience in an advanced automation environment utilizing tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Document Capture and Rules Engines
2+ years of experience optimizing business processes to achieve maximum benefits
