As a member of the Data Acquisition & Optimization subgroup, the Data Partnership Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing both internal and external PepsiCo data partnerships.
* All D&A products need proper data and infrastructure
* Sr. Manager must assess value, risk and cost
* Must deeply understand the products then set up strategic partnerships to enable them
This role will be the leading internal resource on data monetization, helping to align PepsiCos data products and services with the strategic goals of the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the value of all types of data assets, and have skills and experience in data products, product marketing, and business development.
Key Accountabilities:
Success and Growth of Current Partnerships:
* Lead relationships and accounts with data partners
* Lead customer escalations from reporting to resolution
* Understand and consult on data partner life cycle from selection, negotiation, legal and use
* Support and iterate off customer health tracking and dashboard processes
* Recommend evolution of partner relationships
* Lead team of Data Partner Managers supporting business units, sectors, accounts
* Create processes for centralizing existing data partners across global PepsiCo org
* Lead Data Partner Manager team in creating and distributing data playbooks to local business unit leads
New Partnership Research and Opportunities:
* Lead identification, communication, and evaluation of potential data partners with key business and technical stakeholders
* Contribute to holistic business use cases used to advocate for new partnerships
* Lead onboarding of new partners
* Manage a team of Data Partner Managers sourcing and onboarding various data partnerships to support Global Data Partnerships Roadmap and Agenda
* Work with Data Ecosystem team to onboard new partners and make assets available to global PepsiCo teams
Qualifications/Requirements
* Minimum 8 years working in data-driven business functions
* Minimum 6 years experience managing data practitioners (analysts, scientist, product developers, UX, etc.)
* Bachelors Degree required
* Experience consulting preferred
* Masters degree preferred
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
* Very strong project and time management skills
* Ability to manage and update project timelines and identify roadblocks
* Excellent communication skills
* Deep knowledge of data applications for CPG
* Working knowledge of common data science capabilities and techniques
