Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA (South Chesterfield / Colonial Heights, VA)

What were looking for:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. This position will work closely with Sourcing, Purchasing and Finance to analyze both internal and external supply chain performance data and assist in implementation of supply chain projects.

What youll be responsible for in this role:

* Providing analytical support for supplier performance scorecards
* Reporting on internal Supply Chain KPIs (on time delivery, shortages, fulfillment lead time)
* Analyzing PPV performance and holding review sessions with plant purchasing teams
* Analyzing stocking levels and order policies that contribute to excess / shortages and making recommendations for improvement
* Supporting product phase-in / phase-out through analysis of internal / external inventory levels and open PO commitments
* Reviewing payment terms quarterly across all businesses to ensure standardization and accuracy
* Developing additional reporting and metrics to identify further operational improvements
* Other duties as assigned
* May be required to perform specific tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting or kneeling

What are the basic qualifications?

* Bachelors Degree required in the field of Supply Chain (Preferred), Operations Management, Engineering, General Business, Accounting, or Finance
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Prior experience in using Power BI or similar analytics platform
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing an ERP system

To be a great fit for the role:

* Strong interest in supply chain management
* Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, logistics, order fulfillment)
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence and collaborate at the leadership level
* Must be detail oriented, organized and possess good problem-solving & analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast- paced environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint expertise required.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
