A position for a Project Manager is currently available for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team in support of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) - COVID-19 Activation. This position will support the management of CDC's Coronavirus Self-Checker, an interactive clinical assessment tool that will assist individuals ages 13 and older, and parents and caregivers of children ages 2 to 12 on deciding when to seek testing or medical care if they suspect they or someone they know has contracted COVID-19 or has come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19. This position is for fulltime employment with the ability to earn extra hours in support of this demanding response work. Initial location is in a telework role due to COVID-19 restrictions and is expected to transition to the Roybal Campus located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities include:
* Complex project management, partner engagement, requirements gathering, and meeting facilitation.
* Synthesize scientific, technical, and other information to make recommendations based on updated CDC clinical and testing recommendations in coordination with CDC leadership.
* Maintain project alignment with overall CDC mission and internal and external partners.
* Liaise with internal and external partners.
* Facilitate partner meetings, including CDC leadership.
* Conduct quality assurance and evaluation of website and mobile-based applications.
* Experience with rapidly developing and implementing digital/tech and data solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's in related field and 6+ years related experience required, or Master's and 4+ years related experience
* Project management experience
* Must be U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Superior written and verbal skills. Must write succinctly and clearly and explain complex situations in plain English to technical and non-technical audiences
* CDC experience is strongly preferred
* Power BI, MS Access, and data analysis experience
