POSITION

Director, Myeloid Marketing

Join us as we build our cutting edge marketing organization! We have an opening for a Director, Myeloid Marketing position. The Director will be a key member of the Hematology Marketing team, responsible for key initiatives in the REBLOZYL Franchise. This is a franchise with significant growth potential.

This position will focus on US marketing initiatives that focus on Myelodysplastic Syndromes, supporting the launch and continued growth of REBLOZYL(luspatercept-aamt).

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and implement innovative marketing tools, which would include personal and non-personal solutions to enhance customer engagement. Understand key market trends, analytics, and competitive environment to develop market insights critical to product strategy and communication. Coordinate, manage and support brand planning, ensuring alignment across multiple functions including medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, sales operations, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions. Lead various aspects of conference presence and initiatives. Track and manage budget Lead efforts to assess and optimize the marketing mix and resource allocation across teams and identify potential synergies and savings. Optimize opinion leader engagement and planning efforts. Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards franchise and hematology objectives.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

* 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience, launch experience a plus

* The preferred candidate will have oncology therapeutic background with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience.

* Ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment.

* Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers, including ability to work in a co-promote partnership.

* Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.

* Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.

* Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.

* Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
