Contribute and actively participate in developing and defining a comprehensive 5yr Strategic Growth Plan for the QCT semiconductor business supporting different business units;
-Conduct business case development and scenario planning with detailed financial/P&L analysis for multiple projects;
-Conduct SWOT analysis on specific business initiatives including economic, regulatory, market, customers and competition, benchmarked with internal competitiveness and capability;
-Identify gaps and opportunities in the market for new growth, and develop key strategic and execution initiatives;
-Research new business opportunities in the market as well as customer research, current client problems, or issues and specific market trends;
-Engage with the both internal and external stakeholders as well as the top management team;

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree required

-5+ years of relevant work experience in Strategy with an emphasis in Engineering
-4+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking, strategy or business development with exposure to the mobile/wireless industry;

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering of Computer Science/Engineering is a plus

-Masters degree is preferred

-Demonstrated strategic thinking based on good understanding and connections within global wireless and Internet industry;
-Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience;
-Experience and understanding of the global smartphone OEM/ODM ecosystem.
-Demonstrated skills in objective market analysis; strategy formulation, implementation, and execution.
-Demonstrated negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presentations
-Self-driven and motivated, strong persuasive skills.
-Demonstrated Financial skills (analysis, valuation, NPV and financial modeling)
-Demonstrated deal-making skills (valuation, equity analysis, term sheet formulation, legal contracts)
