Purpose & Objectives:

The Center of Expertise (CoE), a subdivision of SAP Digital Business Services, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP customers.

As a technical expert, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
For this role, we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills. This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Since we provide services at our customer sites, business travel will be an essential part of this role.

Expectations & Tasks:

Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to effectively engage with executive stakeholders, partners, and SAP account teams. Other key competencies of this role include the ability to:

Create tactical and strategic roadmaps charting the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Solutions. The Architect will identify clear value drivers and develop compelling business cases to help guide our customers strategic decision-making activities during implementation.

Your task will be to analyze customers systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Embedded) as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions.

Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customers Human Resources, IT and business executives

Identify, translate and document requirements based on Architectural leading practices and create detailed functional solution architecture design documents

Identify the appropriate solution portfolio and work with others to design end-to-end holistic solutions, including functional and technical integration points as part of the service delivery

Provide architectural guidance and share leading practices with the customer and the project team throughout the duration of the engagement

Identify/mitigate risks and vulnerabilities related to the functional and integration requirements

Work Experience:

Experience as a consultant in global SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects in various modules of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is preferred as well as additional Associate/Professional certifications in other HXM modules

USA or Country Payroll Knowledge mandatory

In-depth HR system knowledge, ideally SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite, SAP ERP or S/4HANA On-Premise

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques

Willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments like Qualtrics, Concur and Fieldglass and Business technology Platform

Minimum 5 years of SAP product Experience is mandatory

Skills & Qualifications:

* The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelors degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
* Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
* Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external
* Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide. Occasional weekend work may be required
