The Special Projects Group is looking for a software engineer to join our team to work on media and compute drivers and firmware. We are looking for experienced developers that have debugged complex and layered software stacks. Our ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, and thorough when they approach new challenges.
Key Qualifications

* Required Experience:
* Strong programming skills with C/C++
* Experience doing real-time multithreaded programming
* Experience programming on embedded systems
* Experience programming OS internals like IOMMU, work-queue etc
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills
* Ability to work with cross functional engineering teams
* Ability to work well with tight schedules and rapid development cycles
* Desired Experience:
* Bring up of media and compute driver (ISP, video encode/decode, display, GPU, neural engine etc) on ARM SoCs
* Experience with using and developing media and compute libraries especially for mobile platforms
* Familiarity with inner workings of media systems and audio/video codecs
* Track record of shipping products
