CVS Health, one of the top health care companies in the United States, is seeking a Social Media Producer to support the Social Media, Engagement and Experiences team. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, Engagement and Experiences, this is a highly visible and collaborative position responsible for developing and executing audience-driven social media programming in support of Enterprise Communications priorities, as well as supporting the transition and growth of our employee advocacy program. Working closely across Enterprise Communications and with other business partners, the Social Media Producer will develop, promote and syndicate compelling digital content on social media to reach targeted internal and external audiences with CVS Healths story. This includes editorial development and collaboration with the Digital Studio on the production of CVS Health Live a bi-monthly live conversation with experts inside and outside CVS Health on hot-button topics in health care. You should be a social communications pro, skilled at managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously and working across teams in a matrixed organization. You have proven yourself capable of exerting influence on others without direct management responsibility and a true team player who thrives on regular interaction with colleagues across the organization.
Programming Develop + execute audience-focused programming for enterprise social channels in collaboration with partners across communications, marketing and business teams to support CVS Healths communications narrative themes and priority storylines in alignment with social content and channel strategies
End-to-end project management Editorial development with internal and external communications partners
Logistics and production in coordination with CVS Health Digital Studio or agency partners
Copywriting/editing copy for social programming content and promotion, including scripts, social assets, and internal communications
Create surround-sound distribution and promotion plans with effective organic + paid strategies and tactics to engage target audiences and promote social programming, including internal communications and earned media opportunities, as appropriate
Partner with Social Strategist and Analytics and Insights team to ensure audience and performance insights are consistently informing social programming strategies
Monitor and continuously optimize performance of paid campaigns Help manage agencies and vendors, including ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Support operational tasks, such as budget management and vendor invoice processing. Employee advocacy Support employee advocacy in partnership with internal stakeholders across the enterprise, including:
Support transition to new platform and help drive adoption of employee advocacy program across the Enterprise
Conduct trainings for employees and content curators
Coordinate amplification of Enterprise Communications content in partnership with curators and executives
Track monthly metrics and conduct regular strategy sessions with communications, HR, business teams, sales + marketing

This position is ideally based in New York, NY or Woonsocket, RI

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7 years experience in social media, digital content development, and integrated communications who can build collaborative and effective relationships with external and internal audiences and ensure flawless execution of critical projects.
Experience developing and executing successful communication programs at the enterprise level or for major business organizations that resulted in increased audience awareness and understanding of the key message(s).
5 years experience with a range of multimedia formats for digital/social media, including live video, web, infographics, animation, and short- and long-form written content
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to oversee detailed execution.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
A track record of success in social media and digital communications, especially in the areas of social strategy, digital content and audience engagement.
Health care experience preferred; consumer experience desirable.
Combination of agency and in-house background preferred.
