CVS Health is seeking a data & reporting professional to join the Asset Analytics & Insights Team focusing on the Front Store business. In this role, you will drive the development of impactful reporting on key data/metrics in order to understand FS Shrink trends including store and category level insights. You'll be involved in supporting several teams within Loss Prevention with reporting and analytics to identify LP Business trends and provide data/information in order to reduce product loss and improve overall Front Store profitability for the enterprise.

You will accomplish this through:

-Developing impactful reporting focusing on key metrics to provide analytical insights into shrink performance trends and provide strategic recommendations

-Monitoring shrink drivers, such as Internal & External Theft, Operational opportunities, fraud and predictive metrics to develop analytical insights in order to mitigate future loss

-Managing tools/dashboards to support and report on various strategies and initiatives

-Supporting the Asset Protection field team with research into global shrink opportunities, focusing on the highest shrinking categories and stores

The candidate selected for this position requires the combination of technical reporting skills, business acumen, and the ability to work as a collaborative member in a team environment. This person should also be detailed orientated with the ability to run and manage quantitative reporting in a defect-free manner. The ideal candidate should also be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function and is accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel.

This role is based in our Corporate Office in Cumberland, RI.

Required Qualifications
1 or more years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* 2 or more years experience in data mining, data analysis or statistical / advanced analytic techniques
* 2 or more years accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL, Excel, and similar tools Self-starter who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work concurrently on multiple work streams
* Ability to run and manage quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner
* Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper
* Strong project management skills: organized, detailed oriented, and structured thinker
* Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from executives
* Strong collaborative and teamwork skills

Education
*Bachelors Degree required
*Masters degree preferred
*Degree related to data analytics, finance, mathematics, or other data related fields preferred
