We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President, CRM and to lead our CRM messaging and lifecycle marketing efforts. The person in this role will shape our CRM messaging channel and the execution of our marketing automation strategy.
The Vice President, CRM will provide expertise, vision and leadership to define and implement customer relationship marketing programs and initiatives that successfully build profitable, long-term customer relationships across all brands in all channels. Provide strategic direction for tools and technology to support the implementation and execution of the customer relationship marketing strategy. Manage the market/customer research process and provide insights to the brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement cohesive long-term growth strategy plans that focus on moving home buyers through all stages of the journey to home ownership and beyond.
* Work cross-functionally with Product and Tech to deliver on that strategy in order to grow business KPIs; get involved in roadmapping exercises together.
* Ability to manage and prioritize among all incoming stakeholder requests, and communicate the priorities effectively.
* Inspire and lead a high-performance team of both strategic and operationally focused members.
* Drive segmentation and strategy for the company in support of the broader vision; work with external partners to test and validate key segments.
* Understand and build plans with the Analytics team for ongoing incremental channel measurement.
* Grow database and reachable audience by aligning with external partners to build on and enhance current registration experience.
* Build and maintain a high growth-focused CRM marketing function that lives and breathes by high volume Test and Iterate culture.
* Understand the consumer home journey in depth, as well as the broader real estate industry.
* Report on and present deliverables to ELT; make recommendations for next steps.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and systems, as well as related 3rd party martech software and databases to identify areas of opportunity and challenges.
* Innate desire to put the consumer first in order to ensure a positive experience with the brand.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 12+ years of growth and digital experience across CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation, and/or growth marketing
* Innovative, has a disruptive mindset, constantly looks forward
* 10+ years of leadership and talent development experience
* Strong technical and execution knowledge of CRM platforms and/or other CRM automation software and services
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with a strong desire and understanding of multi-variate testing
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
* Ability to manage and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple teams (product, data, design, etc.) and an ability to coordinate timely feedback and approvals
