Key Responsibilities:
* The primary responsibility of the role is to support several executives.
* Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for members of the team.
* Screening calls and emails as appropriate.
* Create and develop visual presentations using PowerPoint.
* Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
* Plan and coordinate multiple presentations and agendas, creating reports.
* Create and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
* Respond to queries from management and other team members quickly, clearly and courteously.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
* Minimum of 6 to 10 years experience in an administrative role supporting multiple executives.
* Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
* Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Must be highly proactive, intuitive, resourceful, self-sufficient, sharp, and capable of multi-tasking and have excellent judgment.
* Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (Google and Microsoft Office Suite).
* Must have keen attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Ability to prioritize, quickly pivot, and excellent time-management skills.
* Must have Concur expenses reporting experience.
* Responsible for booking travel by using HRG travel service online booking tool.
* Bachelor degree is a plus.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to work, willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues and follow up to ensure that they are successfully brought to completion.
