As the Teamcenter Product Owner, you are responsible for collaboratively developing the product vision and roadmap and aligning with the needs and objectives of our company and our clients. The Product Owner must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy: a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our software products and services, our industry, and the challenges that our customers face.

In this role, you will work with other Project Managers and help determine priorities across different projects in order to communicate with the Value Stream. You have a vision of what you wish to build and can convey that vision to the scrum team. This is key to successfully starting any agile software development project. The agile product owner does this in part through the product backlog, which is a prioritized features list for the different products.

To be successful you must have strong experience working with different people at all levels to achieve measurable results. You must also have demonstrated the ability to repeatedly overcome significant challenges and setbacks while maintaining professionalism and rapport with your team.

You are accountable for the overall Scope of Record Process (SOR) execution. With a core team of business users, you will drive process governance, process adherence, and continual process improvement initiatives You will establish process key indicators and monitor the performance to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will leverage your program manager and business analyst skill sets to successfully lead their process.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Set the vision, goals, strategy and metrics for the SOR process.
* Drive a process roadmap to continually improve health and maturity of the process
* Align process roadmaps with active programs across Micron that intersect with the given process
* Lead cross functional teams of business leaders from Business Units, Engineering, Operations, GSC, R&D, Finance, and others to execute to the process roadmap
* Define, monitor and ensure transparency around process health metrics
* Evaluate process risks and make recommendations for mitigation and long-term improvements
* Monitor and periodically report on process performance to executive team
* Drive organizational awareness, communication and organizational change management for the process
* Execute responsibilities and tasks typical of a product owner
* Drive the product roadmap and determines priority
* Maintain the backlog (epics, stories, releases)
* Leads all aspects of the development stages & validate full end-to-end product each release
* Coordinate customer experience improvements and act as primary contact for product-related questions
* Understand software capabilities and keep up to date with industry practices
* Evaluate product progress and identify improvements

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred
* PMP Certification desired
* Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering
* Familiarity with process management concepts
* Experience communicating and working with senior management
* Excellent people and team skills; ability to lead through others
* Action and results oriented
* Focused on continuous improvement
* Knowledgeable about how Micron organization works
* Ability to influence across organizations
* Strong business acumen
* Strong process and program management skills
* Strong Business Process Analyst skills
