This position serves as the Security Senior Representative in the F-16 Networked Training Center (NTC) at Luke Air Base. In this role, the Program Security Representative will maintain compliant Security requirements in accordance with all DoD Regulations to include DoD 5205.07 Vols 1-4. Successful candidate will support a variety of Security responsibilities to include but not limited to assisting with Security Inspection Checklists and audits, maintaining Physical Security standards, Access Controls, and support Security Education and Awareness Training. Candidate will perform other duties as assigned. While this is primarily a first shift position, mission driven elements may require work outside the normal Mon-Fri work week and hours of operation.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to interpret and implement security policy and guidance. Candidate will interact with customer daily and must be an excellent communicator in oral and written formats and have the ability to work well with a wide range of people. Must be a team player and capable of working independently. Must have the ability to conduct program security briefings, audits, inquires, and indoctrinations.
Desired Skills:
Experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO). Versatile Security professional with excellent presentation skills and previous experience working on a military or government installation.
