Dr. Call Phones is seeking a clerk for a full time career opportunity. Responsibilities include data entry, thorough research, outbound phone calls, and problem solving to deliver accurate prescription information. The Pharmacy Clerk contributes to the success of Humanas business strategy by collecting and entering broad based information required for timely and accurate processing of prescription orders for our members.
The Data Entry Representative 1 operates a data entry device to key and/or verify a variety of standard and/or complex coded or uncoded business and statistical source data into a computer. Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail. Verifies and logs receipt of data. Obtains missing data. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. The Data Entry Representative 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

This is a WAH Ohio position.Training will be virtual between 8am - 5:30pm and WAH Shift will be 11:30am- 8pm.
Required Qualifications
* Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent
* Less than 2 years of technical experience
* This is a WAH Ohio position. The shift will be 11:30am- 8pm M-F
