Our location in Kansas City, MO currently has an opportunity for an Account Compliance Coordinator. The Account Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Random programs related to Alere/eScreen National Account clients, as well as clinic-managed clients, across Alere/eScreens occupational health network. Requires frequent communication with eScreen staff and National Account clients related to drug testing compliance, documentation and process control. Attention to detail and diligence are needed to maximize account compliance.
WHAT YOULL DO
* Assists with all aspects of client random programs including processing enrollments, payments, billing, and account setup.
* Works closely with clients and eScreen employees to ensure documentation accuracy and time efficiency for all clients enrolled in a compliance program.
* Maintains understanding of all DOT regulation and procedures.
* Ensure information integrity relative to eScreen National Accounts, the eScreen occupational health network of providers and their clients.
* Maintains customer relationships by responding to inquiries, while researching information, and communicating the benefits and services that eScreen provides.
* Identifies clients and collection network providers that require additional attention or problem resolution and communicates these issues to the department supervisor.
* Prepares data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information and completes projects in support of compliance auditors.
* Responds to internal and external requests, clarifying policies and procedures regarding compliance, deadlines, and information integrity.
* Must be able to multi task and complete task in a timely manner
* Shift is 8am 5pm
* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Required
* Previous account management, vendor management, or customer service experience
* High school diploma; or one to three years client services experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred
* Four-year degree from accredited college or university
* Knowledge of DOT regulations and procedures a plus.
