The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence and Net Promoter System, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators expectations are met and that employees have the tools and training necessary for success.
The Commercial, Investment, and Centralized Complaints Executive Office is actively searching for a Business Support Consultant to join our team. This role will perform business support functions related to continuous change management initiatives.
This role will perform all business support functions for their respective Executive Office, partnering with shared services functions within ECMO, including but not limited to:
Technology Sprint Support
Change Management / Procedures Governance
Operational Business Reviews
Root Cause Analytics / Reporting / Operational Metrics
Operational Risk Control
Issue Management
Release Support
Relationship Management
Coordination of consistent deliverables across the Executive Offices
Coordination of Change Management Activities

Required Qualifications
* 3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
