TrinityRail is searching for an Admin Clerical in our Longview, TX location! Join our team today and be a part of Delivering Goods for the Good of All.
The document control admin is responsible for maintaining the site in an audit ready state for safety, quality, production and welding training documentation.
What youll do:
* Identify, maintain and schedule all required safety and quality training
* Maintain records of all certifications
* Maintain plant wide training database
* Able to interact with all functional groups to include: maintenance, human resources, materials management and quality
* Has strong verbal and written skills
* Has strong organization skills
What youll need:
* Expert level in data base management, excel
* Previous experience in a training role desirable
* Ability to read and interpret standards and apply appropriately
