We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who are tactically focused on helping us deliver resources to help with our 5G build-out. This is a high exposure/high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills. This position will work in partnership with recruiters, hr partners, and hiring managers at all levels of the organization. This position primarily supports our Wireless team, but may support other organizations as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Facilitate the flow of candidates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates.
* Review resumes for specific skills sets and dertermine if required qualifications are met.
* Interact directly with high level candidates to schedule phone screens and interviews.
* Schedule travel when needed.
* Set up questionnaires onsite and facilite remote questionnaires when needed.
* Create offers of employment, candidate rejection letters, provide feedback to internal candidates, etc.
* Maintain a working knowledge of Dish Network HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting.
* Maintain excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments that interact with direct support groups (i.e. closely related departments; Compensation, HRIS, resource, etc.).
* Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency.
* Projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's degree, and 6+ months of talent acquisition experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to assess and evaluate candidate fit for specific positions.
* Demonstrated success in recruitment, sourcing and selection techniques preferred.
* Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization.
* Strong computer skills, including use of the Microsoft office suite.
* Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding.
* Ability to handle strict confidential information and possess a strong sense of urgency.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects/candidates at once in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this role requires minimum supervision and has a high need to for achievement (and has history of achievement to prove it). Qualified candidates can work efficiently, adapt quickly and multi-task. They also learn quickly, solve complex problems with simple solutions and generate innovative ideas to improve the business.

Compensation: $55,800.00/Yr. - $87,450.00/Yr.
