This role is part of the Smart Home Services channel within Dish. We are an award-winning nationwide Smart Home service provider with professionally trained in-home installation and support technicians.

This fast growing channel has launched a smart home services direct-to-consumer website, ontechsmartservices.com, and we are looking for talented ecommerce experts to join our team!

Essential Functions:

* Serve as the link between the OnTech eCommerce team and the IT teams
* Own feature writing for OnTech eCommerce features, and lead requirements conversations with IT
* Partner with finance to develop ROI tied to each new website initiative, and report on post-launch performance through collaboration with the OnTech Web Analyst
* Support the OnTech Website Roadmap, including prioritization of new website capabilities
* Drive research and scoping of new Shopify applications and/or other 3rd party applications to enhance the website
* Manage relationships with website vendors & drive onboarding for new website vendors
* Lead the testing process for all new functionalities rolled out on the OnTech website
* Research industry best practices to continually evaluate our website functionality, and make recommendations for improvements
* Attend IT deployments to ensure requirements are met and desired site functionality is delivered
* Drive special projects centered on website and conversion optimization as needed

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
* Prefer at least 3 years of eCommerce experience, ideally with Direct to Consumer websites
* Experience working with IT teams, along with eCommerce feature writing for IT Development
* Ability to lead eCommerce projects, including ones that have a more technical scope
* User testing experience, especially pre and post IT deployments
* Vendor management/relationship management experience
* Strong foundation in eCommerce best practices
* Shopify experience a plus
* Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Fast learner with a strong attention to detail

Compensation: $48,600.00/Yr. - $67,300.00/Yr.
