The National Operations Manager is responsible for all fulfillment activities of the assigned region. This inspirational leader will ensure a high level of focus is placed on fulfillment metrics and supporting activities, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal/external business growth, and maximize asset utilization, to achieve company goals. This position is both an operational and client facing role that plays a crucial role in further developing Dish's long-term fulfilment growth strategy.

Other areas of focus include:

* Achieving fulfillment, customer service, and performance metric goals for the assigned region.
* Working autonomously in a dynamic, fast paced environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple projects, and working to find solutions under tight deadlines.
* Able to analyze data and make effective recommendations to the business for improvements.
* Partnering with the internal field leadership team and third-party providers on all fulfillment activities including performance management, performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, personal and team observations and feedback within the Territory.
* Ability to work on internal cross functional teams and the clients to drive results and improve processes.
* Ability to effectively communicate expectations, develop and write tactical plans
* Extensive travel to meet and collaborate with team members and attend company meetings, functions, and training sessions.
* Ability to identify root causes of an issue and implement corrective action and improved change to improve processes to prevent issues from recurring.
* Influencing, leading, and coaching all levels of the organization on a continuous basis.

Successful National Operations Managers possesses the following:

* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University strongly preferred and 5+ years related experience; including 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training.
* Experience managing multiple sites in a large Territory.
* Compelling Leadership Philosophy with the ability to develop managers; especially in the areas of performance coaching and leadership skills in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
* Experience with P&L responsibilities, including budget overview and cost controls with a history of understanding and driving performance metrics.
* Proven history of successfully managing multiple or conflicting priorities and deadlines.
* Flexibility and comfort with traveling up to 75%.
* Superb presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, across multiple levels of the organization.
* Well versed in technology and the curiosity to continue to learn and introduce cutting edge options to drive business initiatives.

Compensation: $86,400.00/Yr. - $120,200.00/Yr.
