We set the standards and policies in this for the Company and were looking for candidates with a proven ability to implement initiatives, develop marketing strategy and analysis via insights and market data in the eCommerce space in order to make a global impact for some of the most recognized brands in the world.

The Manager, Franchise manages the day to day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial. You will execute strategies with bottling partners, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. In this role, you will review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions. This role is an individual contributor role that requires comprehensive knowledge in specific area with the ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact

* Understand Offline to Online (O2O) Direct to Consumer (D2C) direction, strategy, and execution best practices from the Central O2O organization
* Identify possible areas of innovation/needed support where the operating unit is struggling to deliver on D2C
* Provide feedback to Central O2O organization on current D2C challenges and possible ways to exponentially accelerate digital transactions and develop new revenue streams
* Manage O2O D2C-related activities in the operating unit (OU)
* Localize suggested O2O D2C direction, strategy, and execution best practices based on operating unit specific scenarios
* Execute on localized implementation plans
* Support platform adoption and solution metrics partner with bottling ownerships to execute D2C strategy
* Expand @Home D2C models based on the Central O2O organizations guidance on priority geographies. Localize the global expansion plans
* Responsible for tracking execution success and reporting critical KPIs and metrics to the Central D2C team
* Coordinate with the Central D2C team on proposed D2C models for expansion. These models would be based on self-serving smart equipment, including smart-vending machines and smart-coolers
* Create an ecosystem of interconnected equipment with a high-end consumer digital platform, allowing for not only transactions acceleration but also loyalty and brand engagement
* Collaborate with platform services on D2C implementation strategy.
* Provide inputs on potential new D2C models and platforms that can be applied to markets where there are currently no winning proposals
* Provide visibility into current OU challenges with D2C and possible solutions
* Work with OU Marketing team to scale D2C platforms (from digital marketing budgets) by executing on the Central D2C rules of engagement
* Coordinate with Customer & Commercial Services team the occasion, brand, package, price and channel (OBPPC), and revenue growth management (RGM) strategies to ensure proper channel dynamics
* Collect the centrally defined D2C data requirements and methods in conjunction with Platform Services to allow for data to be consolidated and used for tracking results and generating insights
* Report on profitability and return on investment for each D2C platforms to the Central D2C team

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

* 5 or more years of leadership experience
* Experience in digital commerce and innovation
* Proven success with social media ecosphere and leveraging these to drive incremental sales
* Proven record of localizing and implementing a global strategy
* Strategy experience required
* Strong understanding of system financials/economics

* Deep knowledge of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), beverage industry, competition, and customers. Continually increase this knowledge base in order to better serve the customer
* Primary focus on strategy execution guided by the Central O2O D2C parameters
* Accesses and uses competitive information to effectively position business solutions
* Uncovers underlying customer and/or partner needs, desires, and challenges through research, questioning, probing, and analysis in order to provide the right solution for the customer and reports challenges to Central D2C team
