As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you are an integral part of the SuccessFactors North America sales team. Your role is to support the sales teams in accelerating pipeline through the various sales phases.
You will interface directly with customers, work alongside Account Executives, and support Vice Presidents as required to achieve quota targets in key-active and net-new territories.
The goal is to build a repeatable approach to winning new logos and to generate increment revenue for your Market Unit. These initiatives will boost the overall market share growth of our North America business and increase conversion rates. This is a highly visible position and is perfect for an aspiring Account Executive or Account Team Members.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting Vice Presidents & Account Executives in daily activities that include:
* Managing RFP proposals and response documents
* Positioning customer references to support deals for future consideration
* The acting first line of response for customers seeking assistance
* Coordinating with sales, pricing, legal, and shared services teams to create pricing scenarios and contracting documents
* Engaging with existing clients to identify and execute upsell transactions
* Participating in demand generation activities
* Supporting Harmony, CRM, & Quote-to-Cash processes
* Ensuring customer and field engagement with written communications is maintained to a high standard
* Support marketing initiatives through the execution of demand gen and other programs
* As needed, assist with partner activities with Partner Management Teams and external partners
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience; varied backgrounds and diverse candidates desirable
* Action-oriented who thrives in intense working situations with tight deadlines and accustomed to very high-quality standards
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken); able to give and command respect; strong team player
* A very high-trust individual who works well in cross-functional and matrixed environments
* Strong desire to understand how to operate business requirements in a complex environment
* Very strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with strong empathy and the ability to motivate and influence individuals beyond his/her direct field of control. This requires strong facilitation and consulting skills, and the ability to stay neutral and calm in challenging circumstances
* Strong organizational and project management skills to keep track and follow up on a lot of different threads simultaneously
* Bachelors degree required
* Travel will be minimal
