Responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies that align to business growth and retention goals. Partner with sales, client management, and key business partners on the strategy, planning and execution. Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

* Partners across the organization on marketing strategy and provides direction in support of business objectives
* Builds and executes marketing and product strategies
* Manages demand generation efforts to drive new business
* Assist in cross sell and upsell campaigns
* Develops market facing messaging
* Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution
* Coordinates the development and review of communication materials to support marketing plans
* Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff

Qualifications

* Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
* Managed care experience preferred
* For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
