Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable senior marketer to join the Tech Strategy and Advisory (TS&A) Consulting Marketing & Communication team, leading marketing for our Network and Connected Services practice.
With 5G, Edge and Network Cloud underpinned by AI-driven intelligent network operations driving industry reinvention, unleashing next-generation products and services across B2B and B2C markets, and reinventing customer experience; our Network and Connected Services practice are responsible for shaping the global strategy that enables Accenture to be a world leader and authority on next-generation Connected and connected industry.
Working alongside Global Network and Connected Services leadership and Offering Leads, you will design and deliver unique market positioning and global marketing programs, together with sales enablement content for our portfolio of network solutions, to support the growth of our Network and Connected Services practice, and ultimately help our clients accelerate their evolution to 5G networks and services.
Our ideal candidate will bring a mix of broad marketing expertise experience delivering cutting-edge programs for external C-suite decision makers and internal audiences coupled with experience in developing and promoting content in areas of 5G, Network Cloud/Edge and AI-driven network operations.
The marketing lead is expected to understand and monitor the changing market, be the marketing subject matter expert for their portfolio of offerings, and leverage their understanding of the customer, market and solution set to craft unique go-to-market messaging, support sales team with sales enablement materials and client pitches, and deliver differentiated thought leadership and supporting campaigns that drive market leadership and consideration for Accenture services.
* Development and execution of an integrated marketing and content strategy to drive the Network and Connected Services practice agenda, including:
* Integrated global launch of signature programs, with a focus on 5G, Edge and Network Cloud
* Thought leadership development including research, points of view and blog posts to drive differentiation and support growth priorities (the individual will play an active role in writing and editing the content)
* Program/campaign management and execution
* Customer-facing content development, in collaboration with Global Offering Leads, offering development and sales teams, that support pipeline development and CXO engagement
* Translating technical information into succinct customer outcome messaging to develop value propositions, differentiators, messaging and proof points
* Extends to sales enablement content development in support of Accentures ecosystem partnerships and joint solution in the Network space (e.g. AWS, Microsoft, VMware)
* Event deliverable development, including workshop decks and keynote pitches
* Video/audio/asset creation
* Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing across Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Ecosystems, knowledge management, research and media to identify and support opportunities to amplify Network and Connected Solutions content.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or other University Degree
* Minimum of 6 years professional services or B2B marketing experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telecommunications or Cable Industry
Preferred Qualifications
* A deep understanding of network and IT solutions and the ecosystem and competitive space within them
* Experience in developing and promoting content areas of 5G, Network Cloud, AI-driven network operations to multiple tiers of decision makers
* Extensive experience across the full marketing mix and sales enablement
* Strong capabilities in content development, with the ability to translate highly technical information into succinct customer outcome messaging
* Strong track record of global client-facing campaign ownership and success in return on investment
* Highly collaborative working style, bringing together different parts of the business to design content and campaigns for maximize impact
* Strong experience of stakeholder engagement working in complex organizations
* Able to demonstrate strong project management capability
