The Imbruvica National Sales Manager (NSM) is a leader that contributes to the strategic and tactical development of sales initiatives for the Imbruvica franchise. The NSM will report to the Head of Sales as a member of the Sales Leadership Team (SLT). The NSM will collaborate with Franchise Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Training, Market Access and Sales Leadership to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiencies. The NSM will not have external customer responsibilities but is expected to use previous external customer experience to help maximize sales force performance. This role can be field based but will require time in Sunnyvale office.

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Drive sales force effectiveness by effectively managing and implementing sales systems, processes and initiatives such as NSM, STAR
* Consistently translate brand performance to actionable sales strategies and tactics
* Serve as sales liaison with Sales Operations to ensure successful planning, execution, and communication as it relates to the following:
* Weekly and Monthly Reports to track performance and trends
* Incentive plan and incentive programs for both regular and ad hoc
* Incentive modifications based on field inquiries
* Field alignment and structure alternatives
* Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and implement sales force communication plan

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience required
* Consistent top performer
* Advanced analytical, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute strategies to enhance sales
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent prioritization and organizational skills
* Innovative thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

* Formal in-house development role in training, marketing, or other areas
* Oncology, and/or Specialty pharma experience with high level performance
* Pharmaceutical sales leadership
