The Clinical Nurse Team Leader, under the direction of assigned Department Director, supervises the operations of the department nursing area, its patients population and assigned team members during a designated period of time.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing program.

MinimumExperience: Three (3) years experience in s supervisor capacitypreferred.

Certification/Licensure: Current New Mexico or compact RN license required. Current CPRrequired.

For New Hires: Required certification must be obtainedwith in (1) year of employment. If currently certified, mustmaintain current certification.

ACLS: is required for all areas where moderatesedation is performed.

Certification orcompletion courses must meet the standards of Memorial MedicalCenter.
