Job Scope:
Drive an electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift or elevating platform, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier or move products, equipment, or materials. Loader is responsible for logging the load sheet, date, carrier, trailer and sign to ensure all product is loaded accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
* Move levers and pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus.
* Position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting device under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials and transports load to designated area.
* Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
* Load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
* Change battery occasionally.
